It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment.
We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. In addition, we offer in-house financing based on individual situations and financing options for up to 18 months of interest-free payments are available through CareCredit. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.
Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action.
We are providers for Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Delta Dental. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.
We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
