Our Mission

It is our mission at Cedar Lodge Dental Group to:

  • Provide you with the finest in dental care
  • Educate you on the procedures
  • Ensure your confidence in our practice
  • Succeed in making your visit with us as comfortable and convenient as possible.

We offer a complete treatment plan with patient involvement. We believe that patients should have sufficient information to make informed choices among treatment options.

Providing comprehensive and definitive treatment helps us reach our goal of patient satisfaction and appreciation through good dental health.

Patients will be at ease knowing that their dental care will be administered with a sense of caring, comfort and kindness, and that we will not rest until they are satisfied with their smile.

Appointments

The best cure is prevention! Periodic exams and cleanings are necessary to catch dental disease in their early stages. Decay and gum disease can progress rapidly if you do not brush and floss properly. We can help you keep your teeth healthy, but only if you are willing to take care of them.

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment and appreciate your cooperation, however, we may no longer be able to treat patients who have missed/canceled appointments or are consistently late without valid reasons.

The responsible party for children is the parent or guardian who brings the child in for their appointment. In cases of separation, divorce or single parents, we will be happy to provide you with a receipt for you to give to the other parent, but we cannot be in the middle of these situations.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. It is your responsibility to inform us of your current dental policy and any changes in coverage. We will file your claim as a courtesy; however, your deductible and the estimated co-pay are due at the time of treatment. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
